Description

Part of stackabletech/docker-images#1377
Needs stackabletech/docker-images#1411

See the overarching issue, but NiFi 2.7 added support for Iceberg with REST catalog, but dropped Hive metastore support. So I added a new integration test using the (new fancy) Hive metastore REST catalog and Keycloak for authentication.

Definition of Done Checklist

  • Changes are OpenShift compatible

Only the iceberg-rest test failed, which is fixed by b87a76f and passed locally
